Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream Recipe

Prep: 10 min. + chilling

Yield: 8-10 Servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
4 medium cucumbers, sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt and dill. Add cucumbers; toss to coat. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1/2 cup) equals 46 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 8 mg cholesterol, 242 mg sodium, 5 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.

This is a great cucumber salad. I add a thinly sliced vidalia onion and often double it when I have an abundance of home grown cucumbers...it lasts for day in the fridge..try it you might enjoy it as much as we do.
