Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 8-10 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 4 medium cucumbers, sliced

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt and dill. Add cucumbers; toss to coat. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.

This is a great cucumber salad. I add a thinly sliced vidalia onion and often double it when I have an abundance of home grown cucumbers...it lasts for day in the fridge..try it you might enjoy it as much as we do.
