Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 cups thinly sliced peeled cucumbers
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed

Directions

  • In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and
  • refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with a
  • slotted spoon. Yield: 8-10 servings.
