Because it seems to appeal to so many, this creamy salad is one of my favorite crowd-size recipes. I've taken it to potlucks and picnics...and it's always a hit.

Cutting Green OnionsI recently tried a recipe that called for 3/4 cup green onions. Instead of using a knife, I found that snipping the onions with a pair of kitchen scissors took only a few seconds. —Kristy B., Kelowna, British Columbia

I really liked this potato salad. I thought that the cucmber flavoring was missing even though I used the cucumber dressing from Kraft. Next time I make this I will cut down on the dill and add a cucumber. Very yummy potato salad. Was a crowd pleaser at our family reunion.

I added a whole cucumber and de-seeded and diced it then added it to the dressing. I used 1 bottle of the Kraft cucumber ranch, 1.5 cups mayo, and 1/2 cup sour cream...I'll know on the 4th if my guests like it but I think it is awesome.

Kraft has come out with a cucumber ranch dressing. I added a 1/4 of a cucumber diced to boost the cucumber flavor. I also doubled the dill, celery and green onions. I also added a 1/4 cup red onion. It was really good. A nice change on regular potato salad.

Outstanding flavor, I found it to need less dill and added pickles. Also the cucumber ranch dressing was impossible to find. It was easily made in the blender with half the milk and a cucumber. Over all I highly recommend this, my family loved it!
