This is such an impressive salad! It’s been a hit with people of all ages at every get-together we’ve ever brought it to. In addition to being pretty and colorful, it’s a snap to make. And the mouth-watering combination of tastes and textures seems to please every palate. --Leslie Lancaster, Zachary, Louisiana

This is one of our favorite salads. I made this recipe (without the onions) for my husband and I's wedding reception last year. It was a huge hit with everyone!!! Very refreshing on a summer day!!!

Wonderful salad! The added crunch of the ramen noodles really makes it. I don't think it would serve 12, however. 6 servings is more like it.

I, too, love this salad and just the two of us can eat the whole thing. I use grape nuts cereal for the walnuts, which gives it a sweeter taste. Oh so good!!!!!!! We can't wait until June when fresh local strawberries are available to make it.
