Crunchy Apple Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 lbs fresh shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium apple
  • 4 ounces seedless raisins
  • 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  • Peel carrot and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • Core and dice apple.
  • In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apples, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss to mix.
  • Add mayonnaise. Toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill for least 2 hours prior to serving.
