Really attractive and easy to make. I added a little orange zest and can't wait to make for the next family get together.

We love these and make them with homemade whole wheat biscuits. Other than that our family likes the amount of filling.

Great Taste! Delicious, however, the recipe amounts made 5 "muffins" but absolutely delicious.

Thanks to all that left comments. I was able to adjust the recipe so that it was just right. I baked 375 degrees for 25 minutes so that they were not doughy, increased the filling amount and used some brown sugar in place of the white sugar and they came out supreme. My husband took them to his coffee club in the morning and received excellent reviews. To everyone out there, please continue to comment and rate recipes as it helps everyone else along the way!!!

Delicious! Nothing in them was hard, but it was a bit time consuming to peel and chop the apples and then to flatten out the rolls. I used the store brand Grands.

I personally thought these were a little doughy and there was not enough filling to put 1/4 in all 8. I would probably double the filling next time. These are great every once in a while because they are really high in calories, fat and sugar!

These are wonderful! It takes a little time to chop the apples so sometimes I put the filling together the night before. Then the next morning just microwave and continue on with the instructions. I also make a simple powdered sugar, milk, vanilla 'frosting' and drizzle over tops. Everyone loves them and not just for breakfast!

This was perfect for a rainy Sunday morning! They made the entire house smell so good that my husband actually got out of bed to see what I was making. They made great to-go breakfasts for the next couple of days, we just re-heated in the microwave for 30 seconds and enjoyed. Everyone at the office was jealous of such a pretty, delicious treat.

Delicious and easy recipe!! Instead of using 3 tbs. of sugar for the apple mixture, I used 2 tbs. white sugar and 1 tbs. brown sugar. It really enhanced the flavor.

These were easy and delicious! I made them for company and everyone loved them. I might increase the filling a little bit next time.

Absolutely wonderful and very easy. I would not make any changes to the recipe. I used the Pillsbury grands.

I'll try one more time. Crisscross did not open! Did not have 1/4 c. apple mixture to put in center. Mistake in recipe??? I used about 1/8 c. in center. (You'd have to have 2 whole cups of apples to allow 1/4 c. filling in each!)

Slightly doughy. I did like the tartness and the snap of the apple. Would modify this next time

I love quick and easy recipes like this one! I used Pillsbury Grands...they were delicious!! My family loved them. I used 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. brown sugar in the apple mixture instead of 3 tbsp. regular sugar and increased cinnamon to 1 tsp. Fabulous!!

These are great! I used Grand Jr. tube biscuits which made 10 instead of 8 and they turned out just like the picture.
