These were a nice change from plain oven baked fries... The recipe really should call for more than one packet of ranch seasoning though - by the time I measured out the 2 tbsp. to sprinkle over the fries, there wasn't really anything left to put in the dip!

My husband enjoyed the spin on the french fries but I thought the ranch was flavor was lost, especially in the sauce.

Great sauce! The baked fries were ok. I think it would be tastier, but less healthy, to fry them and sprinkle the ranch on top.
