I made these for my husband to take to work for his gluten free co-workers. They were delicious. I made several copies of the recipe, and sent them along. These are better than scotcheroos. I will make these bars again!

My two sons helped me make these treats many times. They always "licked" the bowl afterwards. Sometimes I leave off the frosting, but either way the squares are scrumptious.
