Easy and delicious. I used gorgonzola I had on hand, and made up some extra of the mayo/hot sauce mix to serve with; a blue cheese-based dip would work, too. Even the leftovers were good!

This one was a winner. My husband loved it and my 5 and 4 year olds actually asked for third helpings (even with the hot sauce). I used panko crumbs and sort of spread the hotsauce/mayo mixture over the chicken and then coated. Used Frank's Red Hot which (being from Buffalo) is an absolute staple for anything you would make like this. Would definitely make this again.

I found this pretty easy to make and it came out very tasty. The cornflake crust was a nice touch. I agree that the mayo/hot sauce mixture needed to be brushed on rather than dipped.

I loved this receipe, I don't like blue cheese so I used cheddar instead and it was still good!

My Husband and I are HUGE buffalo chicken wing fans. We followed the recipe except for the hot sauce and Corn Flakes. We used Frank's red hot for the hot sauce, Panko extra crispy bread crumbs for the coating and a little side of Bleu cheese for dipping. Great recipe and we have already made it twice. Our friend also made it and loved it.

This was great. My husband wasn't thrilled about the blue cheese so next time I will make a few with another cheese for him.

Family loved this! I used what I had on hand..so I used frosted flakes (which made it a little sweeter) and mozzarella cheese instead. Tasted amazing!

Very tasty and easy! May use yogurt instead of mayo the next time to reduce fat.
