My husband loves this recipe and I've made it twice already. It's a great way to use up the cucumbers from the garden that seem to be growing overnight. Can't wait to make it for the next picnic.

Just made this tonight...I love the sour cream, which you don't see in a traditional salsa. But my husband and I both love sour cream, so I knew this would be a winner! It is, definitely.

This was such a delicious and excellent appetizer for our summer dinner party. I got asked for the recipe and it was completely gone by the end of the night. Great with pita chips!

I've already made this twice with rave revues. My picky teenaged nieces gobbled it up. It was great instead of dressing on a mixed-green salad. I used a little more cilantro and a bigger pepper the second time. Yum

I thought it was just missing a little something so I just added a tbsp on italian dressing...it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend making a double batch thought cause the effort I put into it, I ate almost half of it right after making it!
