Really good and fresh. Had this with the garden tuna pita sandwiches. Will make this again.

Light and fresh. When I served it at a party, there was nothing left. On my Do Again list.

A really delicious change from tomato based salsas; the citrus juices really added sparkle. I added more jalapeno and a little cayenne. Great as a light dressing on a green salad!

This was a very good alternative to tomato based salsa. I added some hot sauce to add a bit of heat to it.

very good. Would definitely make this again. I served with pita chips instead of tortilla chips.

Love this recipe! Such an awesome combo of cool summer veggies with hot and spicy salsa ingredients. I regularly make salsa so I like it spicy! :) I added an extra jalapeno and garlic and substituted cayenne for the cumin cuz I don't like the flavor of cumin. It was a HUGE hit with all who tried. Definetly recommend

It was so delish! Everyone wanted the recipe. I have made over and over again. Perfect!

I made this for my parents and it was a big hit. I mixed all except the sour cream and ate it with chips. Then I drained it very well and added sour cream to a portion of the cucumber mixture. It was a big hit both ways. I added more onion, garlic, and salt for a little more kick in flavor.

This was a different twist on traditional salsa and went over well with the crowd I made it for. Very refreshing and was great with the scoop chips!

Could not imagine eating this with chips like a salsa, but it was an excellent topping for fish tacos! The only thing I changed was to add a little extra cilantro (about 2 T total).

This is a decent recipe, but I'm not a fan of how green the cilantro made it taste. I added some pepper sauce, and would add a little more red onion. It's good, but I wouldn't say it's fantastic.

After reading all the reviews, I was expecting to be "wowwed". But, unfortunately, I wasn't. It was good but I must be more of a traditional tomato salsa kind of girl. I'm glad I only made half of a batch. My family wrinkled their noses and wouldn't even try it.

Very easy to make! It was very cool and refreshing on a hot summer day! My 5 year old even loved it and wanted to have it for dinner!

Reviewed on Jun. 17, 2011 by Mrsproxima

It served as a refreshing side for our dinner last night. My husband and I both enjoyed it. The flavor was very fresh and cool tasting.

I would also strongly recommend this for fish tacos

Excellent!!! I added diced avocado and used it as an alternative filling for tacos with grilled steal. Definitely a keeper and will make it again

This is delicious! My one & only complaint about the recipe is that "the garlic is overkill"- she found it to be too garlic-y.

My husband loves this recipe and I've made it twice already. It's a great way to use up the cucumbers from the garden that seem to be growing overnight. Can't wait to make it for the next picnic.

Just made this tonight...I love the sour cream, which you don't see in a traditional salsa. But my husband and I both love sour cream, so I knew this would be a winner! It is, definitely.

It was the hit of the party - so fresh and delightful for the summer!

This was such a delicious and excellent appetizer for our summer dinner party. I got asked for the recipe and it was completely gone by the end of the night. Great with pita chips!

I've already made this twice with rave revues. My picky teenaged nieces gobbled it up. It was great instead of dressing on a mixed-green salad. I used a little more cilantro and a bigger pepper the second time. Yum

This sound interesting....anyone with a subscription care to share, please ?  TIA

I thought it was just missing a little something so I just added a tbsp on italian dressing...it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend making a double batch thought cause the effort I put into it, I ate almost half of it right after making it!
