This was good and I would make again. However, I would add some minced garlic next time to amp up the flavor a bit. We felt it was a bit bland and ended up putting A-1 over it- it was perfect that way!

We loved this! Definitely not elegant but a great weeknight meal. Tasted very much like a McDonald's cheeseburger to us.

This was good, although I made several alternations. I added about 3/4 cup chopped bread and butter pickles, 3/4 cup ketchup, 3/4 cup water, a little less mustard than called for, and omitted the onion because I simply didn't have any. I don't have the patient to grate American cheese (or Velveeta for that matter) so I just chopped up the cheese and mixed it into the casserole, sprinkling just 1/4 cup or so over the top of the meat mixture. I used tator tots in place of the crescent rolls and baked uncovered for about 35 minutes. I served the casserole with some ketchup drizzled over the top. I also left out the sesame seeds. Tasted just like a cheeseburger with french fries!
