Creole Seasoning Mix

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use to
- season chicken, seafood, steaks or vegetables. Yield: 1 batch
- (about 1/2 cup).
