Excellent recipe. I added milk, salt, cornstarch, and sugar together in pan. It's the right amount for 2 people but I think you should double the recipe. :)

We are empty nesters and most of the time we cannot use all the milk we buy. So I use this recipe to use up our milk. It is quick and easy and makes a great dessert.

This pudding is even easier if made in the microwave. I skip the butter and still get compliments on this.

Great pudding! Very easy to make!

This was really good. At first I was afraid the milk would stick to the pan without stirring, but it did not at all. I used 2% milk, but next time will use 1/2 evaporated milk, 1/2 water for richer and creamier pudding. I doubled this recipe to use for a banana pudding and had enough for some extra pudding cups. This was really good, especially since it was so easy. Thanks!

This is a very quick and easy recipe. For that reason, I would make this again. I have, however, had creamier, richer pudding. I still enjoyed the flavor and the fact that I was eating homemade pudding.
