This colorful coleslaw is a longtime family favorite. Cabbage, carrots and green pepper are blended with a tasty dressing that gets its zest from a hint of mustard. When Mom set this slaw on the table, it disappeared fast. —Dianne Esposite, New Middletown, Ohio

I make my cole slaw like this plus I add a handfull of sultanas. It always goes well at a BBQ or outdoor lunch.

This is delicious. I did use Miracle Whip rather than mayo and since I didn't have a lemon on hand, I used a packet of True Lemon....very very good!

I love me some coleslaw and this was no exception. The lemon juice is a new ingredient for me to use in coleslaw, but it really adds to the taste withouty tasting "lemony". I'm also not crazy about green pepper, but I had a little one out of the garden to use, and I would do it again. Follow the recipe exactly and you will certainly have a winner.
