Creamy Slaw Recipe

This colorful coleslaw is another longtime family favorite. Cabbage, carrots and green pepper are blended with a tasty dressing that gets its zest from a hint of mustard. When Mom set this slaw on the table, it disappeared fast. -Dianne Esposite, New Middletown, Ohio

I love me some coleslaw and this was no exception. The lemon juice is a new ingredient for me to use in coleslaw, but it really adds to the taste withouty tasting "lemony". I'm also not crazy about green pepper, but I had a little one out of the garden to use, and I would do it again. Follow the recipe exactly and you will certainly have a winner.
