Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 Wright® Brand Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups fresh or frozen peas, thawed
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add peas;
- toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Yield:
- 4 servings.
