Very good, I forgot the sour cream and didn't miss it. Used low fat milk, cheese and cream cheese and it was still great.

Served these for Christmas dinner yesterday and they were a HUGE hit! Loved being able to make these the day before, then heat before dinner. Added some extra cheese right into the potato mixture, too...yum!
