Creamy Lime Chiller Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup lime sherbet
  • 1/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
  • Yellow food coloring, optional

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: One 1-cup serving (prepared with fat-free milk) equals 215 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 7 mg cholesterol, 99 mg sodium, 47 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 5 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 starch, 1 fruit.
