Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
    [x]

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish

Directions

  • In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayonnaise and salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until serving. Use as a condiment with roast beef, corned beef, pork or sandwiches. Yield: 3-1/2 cups.

This is really good but it DEFINITELY needs more horseradish. I needed 3x to satisfy our spice-loving tastebuds!

just enough zip for those that don't like too hot; add some more horseradish if you want more heat
