Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing

1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/3 cup fat-free milk 2 teaspoons sugar 2 green onions, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and sugar. Stir in the onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
