Creamy Dill Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Beau Monde seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 1-1/3 cups.

Nutritional Facts 3 tablespoons (calculated without vegetables) equals 49 calories, 3 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 10 mg cholesterol, 371 mg sodium, 5 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.
