Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen corn
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir well before serving. Yield: 6 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 cup) equals 289 calories, 24 g fat (15 g saturated fat), 69 mg cholesterol, 414 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 5 g protein.

Easy, and makes a good side dish. I would advise greasing the crock pot before cooking.

This is absolutely amazing. A wonderful change of pace to the everday vegetable on the plate; and it's even better the second day as leftovers! It is definitely a keeper in our family. Thanks for sharing!
