Easy, and makes a good side dish. I would advise greasing the crock pot before cooking.

This is absolutely amazing. A wonderful change of pace to the everday vegetable on the plate; and it's even better the second day as leftovers! It is definitely a keeper in our family. Thanks for sharing!
