I've not cooked with angel hair pasta much in the past and I've come to really love it! It cooks up quick and really stretches the entire dish. Be mindful to get the 16 oz box of angel hair pasta instead of the 12 oz. Also, I've come to double the liquid ingredients (heavy cream and lemon juice) as the pasta really soaks up the liquid and by doing this it keeps the dish moister longer. This is a really good meal!
This is one of the tastiest chicken dishes I've ever made and eaten. My family devours it!I have doubled the liquid ingredients tho' as the pasta really soaks up the liquid and by doing that it keeps it moist longer. Does anyone know the calorie count in this dish?
