I stirred in 1/3 c. butterscotch chips whilestill warm, made it more "butterscotchy",creamy and thick. Very yummy!

Delicious! I made it according to the recipe but instead of discarding the egg white, I whipped it with suger and vanilla, then topped off the pudding with it. A vanilla sugar cookie stuck upright into the whipped topping adds a fancy touch.
