I absolutely love this recipe. It's extremely easy and goes well with any meal! There have been a few times that I didn't have sour cream so I used cream cheese instead and it still tasted wonderful! I will definitely continue to make this!!

Made this just to have a side dish and something quick. I was shocked, this is simply amazing! I did use habanero cheese rather than the parmesan. Will definitely make again. Maybe add a little chicken!

Wow, this pasta can really dress up any meal! I multiplied the recipe by 3 to serve my family of 6. I also browned the butter which gave it a more distinct flavor, I think roasting the garlic would be great too. In place of red pepper flakes, I added in some cayenne pepper which worked well. I discovered that I did not have sour cream on hand, so I stirred in about half an ounce of cream cheese, and it tasted wonderful. This was really simple but had great flavor and everyone loved it (and I did too!) I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is so delicious! My fiance and I are hooked! We've had it twice already since we first tried it about 3 days ago. I made some minor modifications to the ingredients just to make it a bit healthier. I used multigrain bow tie pasta, unsalted butter, fat free milk, fat free/low sodium chicken broth, and fat free sour cream. I use a little more milk and broth than what the recipe calls for just to loosen it so it's not too thick. I told my sister about it and she made it tonight and loved it also!

We loved it... I do like to use a whole box of pasta and I triple the sauce part. It is delicious though ;-)

Loved this very easy to make. Turned our great. I did thin the sauce with pasta water. I used greek yougrt instead of sour cream very good. Can't wait to make again.

I doubled the entire recipe and it turned out great. I also used mini bow tie pasta, which was really cute! Served this as a side to TOH's "Crispy Chicken Cutlets" and glazed carrots and fresh blackberries.

This was a really easy, economical, and delicious recipe to make. I made it exactly as the recipe stated and then needed to add a little more liquid. I added another tablespoon of chicken broth and another tablespoon of sour cream. Really a yummy recipe. I forgot to rank it, but should have given it as many stars as possible.

I used 1 1/2 cups of pasta instead of 1, and I doubled the sauce recipe. It would have been too dry without the extra sauce. As I made it, it was perfect and we loved it! I'm going to try adding chicken next time!

I made this the other night and did exactly what jodil did above...I added chicken and doubled the recipe. I also added some of the hot pasta water because it seemed kind of "tight" in the bowl & that really helped to loosen it up a bit. Next time, I might also add peas & I would probably triple or quadruple the recipe so that we could have some leftovers! Hubby gobbled it up!

Loved this!! I doubled it and added chicken. I had to go easy on the red pepper because of my kids, but I know I would love it with the amount called for in the recipe.

Great recipe, after making it accoring to the recipe as a side dish, the very next day I doubled the recipe and tossed in some penne pasta and grilled chicken. This ones a keeper!

OMG - we started out cooking this as a side dish for 2 - just like the recipe says. Change my mind while cooking, and wound up tripling the recipe, and served it as a main dish for 2, with bread & a salad on the side. VERY, VERY, yummy. It's a keeper.

This was a great recipe - my family really enjoyed it. I tripled it so we'd have enough for our family of four plus leftovers. I added a little more garlic than was called for but it still worked out OK. Thanks!
