This old-fashioned macaroni casserole gets a different twist, thanks to Gouda cheese. It bakes up nice and creamy with just a hint of zip from the hot sauce. It's comfort food at its yummiest.

Finally! A baked Mac n Cheese dish that's not loaded with fat and calories, but still tastes delicious! My husband and I like it with seasoned bread crumbs instead of plain. Yum!

This is really good! And it's easy to substitute low fat ingredients too! I definitely recommend it as comfort food!

One of the BEST mac n cheese recipes I ever tasted. It was simple to throw together and reheats wonderfully in the microwave. I might add a little bit more hot sauce next time.
