Creamy Apple Salad Recipe
  • Prep/Total Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 medium tart apples, peeled and diced

Directions

  • In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar; continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in the apples. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 each) equals 132 calories, 11 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 41 mg cholesterol, 11 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.

Added soome cinnamon to give it some extra yummy flavor....super eays and very tasty!!! Bet it would be good with chocolate/butterscotch chips, too!

I added about 3 tablespoons of dried fruit to this to add a little different bite. Very simple but tasty recipe.
