Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (3/4 cup) equals 276 calories, 20 g fat (14 g saturated fat), 80 mg cholesterol, 730 mg sodium, 11 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 7 g protein.
