Ingredients

  • 1 package (1.8 ounces) leek soup and dip mix
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen leaf spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • lemon slice

Directions

  • Prepare soup mix according to package directions. Stir in spinach. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and nutmeg. Garnish with lemon slices. Yield: 4 servings.
