Comforting and just what I was looking for. I served with whipped cream instead of ice cream and made it in separate ramekin dishes since I was serving it as dessert after entertaining friends. Crisp portion could have used a bit more butter and oats in my opinion.

Everyone loved this recipe-I liked the tartness of the cranberries and thought adding the pears with the apples made a great combination. I served this at my bridge club with a small scoop of vanilla icecream.
I made this recipe for my bridge club and everyone loved it. I served it warm with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, The cranberrys made the dessert tart and not so sweet. I liked the combination of the pears and apples and not all apples.
