Cranberry Nut Bark Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound white candy coating, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or pistachios, toasted

Directions

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating at 70% power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
  • Spread onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Break into small pieces; store in airtight containers. Yield: About 1-3/4 pounds.

Made this last year with Pistachios this year I think I will try macadamia nut. Easy to do and people love it

We love this made with macadamias. I barely cut them up, it's so yummy with big chunks of nuts.

This is just decadent I will give some out for Christmas , I will make it over and over ,I just love white chocolate ,cranberries and Macademia nuts. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
