Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • Dash to 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce

Directions

  • In a small bowl, cream butter, orange peel and almond extract. Beat in the cranberry sauce until blended. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 1-3/4 cups.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 tablespoon) equals 57 calories, 5 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 13 mg cholesterol, 52 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
