Cran-Orange Sherbet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 quart orange sherbet, slightly softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat sherbet until smooth. Fold in cranberry sauce. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer container and freeze. Yield: about 1 quart.

Nutritional Facts 1/2 cup equals 129 calories, 1 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 32 mg sodium, 30 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein.
