Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb cooked crab
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 6 fresh romaine leaves

Directions

  • In large bow, combine all ingredients except lettuce.
  • Place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates, top with crab mixture and serve immediately.
