Crab & Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 14-1/2 ounces canned artichokes hearts, drained, finely chopped,
  • 8 ounces cooked crab, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard,
  • 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In medium bowl, blend artichoke hearts, crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Reserve 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  • Coat 1 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spread dip into baking dish, sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 10 minutes, until the top is lightly browned.
  • Serve hot.
