- I froze chili soups tater tot casserole and several other things before I had my last child It was pretty easy From what I understand the only things that don t freeze really well are pasta noodles or potatos unless the potatos are mashed then they freeze pretty well Good luck

RE: What to do with a jar of dried tomatoes in olive oil
- boil 1 lb of pasta noodles Cut up the sundried tomatoes in thin strips Reserve oil Put the oil in a fry pan with the tomato strips and a few cloves of fresh crushed garlic Add 1 4 C more olive oil Fry until garlic is golden Put pasta in the frypan with the oil tomato and garlic toss well Salt
