- fudge 2 cups white sugar 3/4 cup milk stir over medium heat till it makes a soft ball in cold water. this takes about 12 minutes. after it makes a ball remove from heat & add 3 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter & 1 teaspoon of vanilla. stir till it looses it's gloss. then pour into buttered plates. enjoy.
