Re: Mashed potatoes
- It depends on how much you like mashed potatoes. Usually you use one potato for each person. By the time you add a little milk to the potato, and butter or margarine, one potato for each person is usually sufficient. Any leftovers could be fried up and are ideal for eggs, or even chili.
