Tasted great but couldn't get the batter to make a funnel, was like crumbs. Poured into grease from funnel, don't know what happened but will try again.

This recipe was so easy to make! I used soy milk and added vanilla to the recipe. I have a daughter that is allergic to Dairy. Her allergy makes it hard to find things for her to eat at our county fair. She has two older sisters so she always wants to eat the same as them. This recipe made it possible for me to give her the same as her sisters.

This recipe couldn't have come at a more perfect time for my children. We visit our local minor league ballpark in the summer and they have awesome funnel cakes. Now I can make these wonderful treats at home.

My family and I just got back from Disney World. When we got home, my oldest complained that we "totally forgot to get a funnel cake!" so I plan on suprising her with this recipe this weekend.
