Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion

Directions

  • In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper and salt.
  • Gently fold in green pepper and onion.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving equals 34 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 108 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1/4 lean meat, 1/4 fat.
