I added 1 cup shreaded sharp cheddar cheese. Made them for my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters. My husband and I both liked them, my 4 y/o granddaughter said "Grandma, these are SO good, I can't stop eating them!"

I MADE IT FOR MY KIDS AND MY SISTERS KIDS. THE LITTLE BRATS WOULDN'T GIVE IT A CHANCE! AND THEY ALL LOVE CORN DOGS, AND THEY LOVE CORN MUFFINS AND HOT DOGS, JUST NOT MIXED TOGETHER!! MY SISTER AND I LOVED THEM, BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT FOR US. TOO BAD.

I used my favorite from scratch corn bread recipe and added the brown sugar, corn and hotdogs. I also cooked mine in mini muffin tins for my toddler so they were easier to hold and less crumbly.

I made these for a halloween party and called them "body part muffins" ha! they tasted just like corn dogs are were SUPER easy to make. will def make again
