Great recipe, very easy to prepare and FAST!! I came home from work and had it ready to go with the rest of my dinner in no time. My husband loved it!!

Several members of our fellowship raved about this cornbread. I doubled the ingredients but put in 1 cup of sugar and used veg. oil instead of butter.

This is what 'real' corn bread should taste like. I might add a tad more salt next time. It isn't what you get in famous restaurants, they add cake mix to the cornbread mix. I will use this recipe from now on - no more boxed mixes. Not only is it delicous, it's so much healthier. Excellent recipe.

I made this recipe but did muffins instead. These were very easy to make! I don't think I'll by a boxed corn bread ever again! I also made maple butter for these!

I loved the simplicity but it really lacks flavor. I would add more sugar or make some apple butter to go with this recipe.
