Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) berry blue gelatin
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • In a blender, combine 2 cups of milk, one package of gelatin and 2 cups of ice cream. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Repeat. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 cup) equals 328 calories, 15 g fat (9 g saturated fat), 61 mg cholesterol, 182 mg sodium, 41 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 10 g protein.

I tried this rasberry gelatin in stead of berry blue gelatin and it tasted great. Everyone in my family loves it. I'm ready to go out and buy some other flavors of gelatin to try.
