This is my "go to" dessert when I'm in a hurry. It's so fluffy and creamy. I like to serve in a fancy glass, topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a piroutte cookie. So easy and so yummy!

I accidentally used a 3.4 ounce package of instant pudding so the flavor was very mild, like a chocolate shake, but it was still really good. I used light sour cream and light Cool Whip and it was an extremely quick and easy to make, ultra creamy light dessert!
