- In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, butter, vanilla and
- enough milk to achieve frosting consistency. Frost cookies. Decorate
- with tinted frosting and colored sprinkles if desired. Let dry
- completely. Thread ribbon or string through holes. Yield: about 4
- dozen.
