These tempting treats take advantage of store-bought oatmeal cookies, ice cream and peanut butter. You can roll them in crushed candy bars or nuts for an even fancier look. Just pop them in the freezer when you're eating.Melissa Stevens, Elk River, Minnesota

A simple version of this Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe. You purchase Oatmeal premade cookies. Spread peanut butter upon the bottom of the cookies, then fill with any flavor of ice cream you choose. Roll in mini-chocolate chips, wrap and freeze until time to serve! Enjoy.

I don't understand how this is considered a recipe??? Hasn't everyone put some ice cream between two cookies and rolled the edge in mini chocolate chipis? I'm always disappointed when I'm looking for an actual recipe for something and find one like this.
