Cook-Ahead Pork Chops Recipe

Rating 5

"I found the recipe for these moist make-ahead pork chops in a magazine years ago and adapted a couple of our favorite recipes to work with them," writes Marge Anderson of Fergus Falls, Minnesota. It's handy to have them in the freezer for the quick dinners she shares here.

Easy to make, kids loved it. I also just sprinkled with seasoning salt, browned then baked and had no leftovers.

Thank you, for this simple, but great recipe. I used turkey broth instead of chicken broth, slightly browned both sides of the meat in the skillet first, and sprinkled a little of Morton's nature seasons on it. I have no leftovers to freeze! My four kids all loved this.
