Congratulations Seniors Cake Recipe
  • Prep: 1 hour Bake: 45 min. + cooling
  • Yield: 15-20 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 4 cups vanilla frosting
  • Paste food coloring in colors of your choice

Directions

  • Prepare cake batter and bake according to package directions, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Level top of cake; place on a serving platter. Tint frosting desired colors; spread over top and sides of cake. Pipe a shell border, caps, gowns and desired message. Yield: 15-20 servings.

Very cute, thanks for the idea. Planning a large party and I like the idea of including his friends on the cake without adding their names. I'm sure some of them won't get to have a party.
