INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Large Onion (micro chopped)
  • 4 slices cold bacon (micro sliced)
  • 1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2-3 Tbsp White Wine
  • 2-3 dashes Liquid Smoke
  • 5-6 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 stick Cold Butter (micro cubed then frozen)

DIRECTIONS

Cut butter into tiny pieces then freeze ahead of time. Mix wine, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce then pour over bread crumbs. Stir so that all crumbs are coated and allow to soak for a few minutes. Place beef, onion, bacon, wet bread crumbs, eggs and salt & pepper in a mixer with the paddle attachment, Mix on low until eggs are fully incorporated but be careful not to over-mix. Toss in the frozen butter and mix on low just until combined. Form patties of desired size and cook in skillet over med - med high flame until burgers are done (no more pink juice flows from center of burger).
